Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Reservations Specialist , responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, and providing support to customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries about hotel services via email and telephone.
  • Enter reservation requests into our booking system and process payments efficiently.
  • Provide assistance to customers who need to make changes to their bookings.
  • Collaborate closely with our Front Office and Sales Departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior data entry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills are highly valued.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively is crucial.
