Dynamic Reservations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Dynamic Reservations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received via various channels. This includes determining guest reservation requirements and recommending suitable room types based on availability and rate. You will also verify room type and rate availability before confirming reservations, clearly explain hotel policies to callers, and accommodate and document special guest requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pursue sales techniques to maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Update and access data within the reservation system accurately and efficiently.
  • Elevate reservations by applying appropriate rate codes and inputs into the system.
  • Address guest concerns and needs through proper escalation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, providing support to colleagues when needed.
