Reservations Executive

Location: Orchard
Full-Time | Shift Work | Includes Weekends & Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and packages

  • Assist guests with bookings, changes, and cancellations

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the reservation system

  • Deliver exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency with reservation systems is an added advantage
