Job Overview

As a skilled Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of reservations for our hotel. This includes managing daily operations, creating and updating room reservations, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of reservation data into the system.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Reservations Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to create and update room reservations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient entry of reservation data into the system to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Reservations Agents to promote upselling and maximize hotel revenues.
  • Handle special requests and room allocations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve any booking issues or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide training and coaching to Reservations Agents to ensure a high degree of accuracy in reservations and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to manage group bookings and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and analytical skills.
