Reservations Manager

Singapore PHOENIX OPCO PTE. LTD. Full time

Manage the day-to-day operations of the reservations departments, including scheduling, staffing, training and performance management.
- Monitor and improve reservations processes to ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the reservations department.
- Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Prepare and present reports on reservations performance.
- Represent the reservations departments to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Supervise all reservations sales daily activities pertaining to Reservations Department.
- Achieve the highest maximized occupancy levels for room revenue and profit as per hotel's forecast/budget.
- Oversee all room reservations executives to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any disputes or complaints.
- Communicate rates, availability, inventories and strategies to the team in line with Sales/Revenue's plan.
- Review constantly the room availability in relation to total rooms sold, opening and closing categories.
- Maintain and manage rate categories and channels of distribution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience
- At least three years of experience in a reservations management role in the hotel industry.
