
Reservations Manager

Reporting to the Revenue Manager. This role will be responsible to effectively manage and operate the Reservations & Communications Department in order to meet the business goals of the hotel and maximize guest satisfaction as a one-stop service.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure all team members are up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Ensure consistent service quality delivery standards are met at all times.
- Communicates effectively with all guests and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of data quality through training on reservations operations.
- To continuously review technical problems, work & operational procedures to maintain guest and employee satisfaction.
- Motivates the reservation team by creating and maintaining a good working environment within the department, and also maintains a positive working relationship with other departments in the hotel.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor degree in hotel management, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to conduct training by using the Microsoft office or other programmes which are related.
- In-depth knowledge of functionally and usage of Opera PMS and all related systems and its day to day support. Enthusiastic and self-motivated
