Technical Partner Manager for APAC Business Growth

Facebook TalentNet Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Partner Manager to join our team in the Greater China Region. As a key member of our WhatsApp business growth team, you will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with top businesses in APAC, driving technical consulting and solution engineering, and unlocking the potential of WhatsApp to serve millions of businesses.

This role is focused on growing our WhatsApp business in APAC, working closely with our product teams and local leadership to unblock challenges and drive technical discussions to increase performance and ROI. You will serve as the liaison between our clients and our Marketing Partner Program, Product, and Engineering teams, and provide enablement for engineering, sales, support, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with top businesses in APAC to drive technical consulting and solution engineering
  • Establish a technical standard for our WhatsApp business in APAC
  • Own a customer's end-to-end technical consulting experience, working with product teams and local leadership to unblock challenges
  • Provide enablement for engineering, sales, support, and partnerships
  • Serve as the liaison between our clients and our Marketing Partner Program, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Drive product and feature adoption and ongoing education to clients and partners on new and existing features
  • Support client and partner onboarding, driving technical discussions to increase performance and ROI

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10 years of experience working in software development, technical consulting, technical support environment with at least 5 years in a client-facing role
  • Experience communicating with engineering and non-engineering teams, with a proven ability to tailor your communication depending on your audience
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge, VM load balancing, core optimization, database management
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct business and technical discussions in Mandarin to meet the requirements of our local partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills
