Join Our TeamWe're seeking a talented Regional Business Development Manager, APAC to join our team. This hybrid opportunity offers 2 days of remote work per week. As a key member of our Global Growth team, you'll play a crucial role in enabling long-term profitable growth for the company, both organically and inorganically.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the regional implementation of the Cummins global growth strategy, ensuring flawless business development and strategy execution.
- Develop and lead the execution of successful, customer-centric, and scalable business development initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of the market and segment.
- Build and maintain deep, trusting, and result-driven relationships with CMI regional leaders, directors, and individual sellers and contributors.
- Stay abreast of market dynamics and customer behaviors, driving effective operational decision-making and leading customer-specific meetings.
- Ensure cross-functional regional alignment to deliver on business development and strategic plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Global Cummins Growth team to expand our business and achieve the overall 2X vision.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in heavy-duty sales through distributors and/or direct channels.
- Large account management experience and 5+ years in business development roles.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, with strong analytical and leadership skills.
- 50% travel expected.
We're looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in business administration (MBA), experience working with the China market, and a strong customer orientation.
