The Role

  • Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and revenue growth for the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Practice in APAC, manage client relationships, and develop a sales culture to promote integrated product sales and best practices.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee activities to grow and maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline, attracting new clients across APAC and international regions.
  • Partnership Development: Foster a collaborative environment to maintain excellent partnerships with the WTW Client Management Group and Work & Rewards advisory colleagues, particularly in the Work & Rewards line of business.
  • Business Expansion: Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success associates to expand awareness of RDI capabilities in assigned territories and client groups, stimulating additional sales and integrated selling opportunities.
  • Market Understanding: Understand target market needs to determine strategies and intellectual capital to attract new clients and foster revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Lead or participate in meetings with prospects and clients, virtually and in-person when needed.
  • Account Management: Act as an Account Manager for high-level, challenging, and sophisticated GDA clients, responsible for client satisfaction, retention of recurring revenue, and upselling opportunities for data & software.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Initiate and support various Global Data Agreement marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Sales Growth: Raise awareness and increase sales of our Analytics & Design feature set within Compensation Software.
  • Custom Data Analytics: Raise awareness and increase sales of our Custom Data Analytics capabilities.
