About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or Business Management. You will be responsible for providing guidance and solutions in day-to-day people matters and in achieving long-term goals and objectives of the organisation and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategies that strengthen employee-employer relationships, foster a strong organisational culture, and create a healthy work environment.
- Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted HR partner through thoughtful HR solutions to business needs.
- Coach and develop business leadership team to drive positive changes in people management, and advise on manpower strategies and solutions.
- Provide professional advice on interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment, and rewards strategies.
- Work with Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in delivery of key HR projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree from established university in Human Resource or Business Management related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to engage staff of all levels.
