Global Talent Acquisition Lead

We're a dynamic team passionate about the people function, recognizing its vital role in driving business success.
This key leadership role reports directly to the Vice President People, overseeing People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams for our headquarters in Hong Kong.
Closely collaborating with our Director of People, who leads people operations in our global network outside HKSAR.
Main Accountabilities:
- Tactical execution of end-to-end People functions: talent acquisition, people operations, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Strategic leadership and team development: inclusive of recruitment, training, mentoring, teamwork facilitation, and succession planning.
Contributing to corporate-wide people policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives that drive strategic direction and formulation.
Developing a deep understanding of the business environment and providing strategic business partnership to senior leaders and fostering a strong people vision.
Bolstering a strong people vision within functional teams and cultivating cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and management, ideally within a fast-paced growth environment.
- Prior exposure to both HR and business/operations is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in employee relations and talent acquisition across diverse roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively interact with various organisational levels.
