Client Support Specialist

Intapp is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Client Success & Support team. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise software and a passion for delivering exceptional client support.
The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for investigating, triaging, and resolving tickets that flow into the support queue. This will involve applying appropriate troubleshooting methods and techniques to resolve problems and documenting all actions taken.
The successful candidate will also assist clients with questions regarding technical product and configuration issues, resolve technical product issues, and communicate back to the client while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, triage, and resolve tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Apply troubleshooting methods and techniques to resolve problems
- Document all actions taken and communicate with clients
- Assist clients with technical product and configuration issues
- Resolve technical product issues and communicate with clients
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise software and technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
