Job Summary

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Client Enablement Support Specialist to support their client onboarding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review onboarding requirements and provide expert advice on the best options and solutions for client onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with business, sales, traders, end clients, and vendors to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Liaise with various parties to coordinate system setup and oversee the entire onboarding process.
  • Conduct thorough testing of client systems before promoting changes to the production environment.
  • Monitor priorities and MAPS CE capacity to partner with business for client onboarding requests and projects.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by suggesting innovative solutions for daily operations and client onboarding workflows.

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record in client onboarding with a sound understanding of the FIX protocol.
  • Strong background in UNIX and LINUX, with experience in scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) preferred.
  • Good knowledge of change management processes and Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-driven mindset and strong coordination skills.
  • Ideal candidate should hold a technology-related university degree with experience in high-pressure, high-demand environments.
  • Good command of spoken and written English as the primary communication medium.
  • The successful candidate should be able to coordinate work and client onboarding-related planning, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
