Client Enablement Support Specialist

Job Summary
TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Client Enablement Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the onboarding process, this individual will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review onboarding requirements and provide expert advice on the best options and solutions for client onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with business, sales, traders, end clients, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient onboarding.
- Liaise with various parties to coordinate system setup and oversee the entire onboarding process.
- Conduct thorough testing of client systems and ensure smooth transitions to production.
- Collaborate with the business to prioritize onboarding tasks and optimize MAPS CE capacity.
- Contribute to operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven track-record in client onboarding with a strong understanding of the FIX protocol.
- Sound knowledge of UNIX and LINUX, with experience in scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) a plus.
- Good communication skills with a client-driven mindset and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in change management processes and Agile practices.
- Good command of spoken and written English, with a strong focus on technical communication.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-demand environment with a strong focus on results.
