They will also serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Present digital marketing solutions to potential clients and develop a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales and business development strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION.
  • ENSURE A HIGH LEVEL OF CLIENT SATISFACTION BY PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS EXECUTION OF CAMPAIGNS.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • REMAIN UP-TO-DATE ON INDUSTRY TRENDS, COMPETITORS, AND MARKET DYNAMICS.
  • PROVIDE INSIGHTS AND FEEDBACK TO THE TEAM TO REFINE MARKETING STRATEGIES AND OFFERINGS.
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR UPSSELLING AND CROSS-SELLING DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL SALES ACTIVITIES, CLIENT INTERACTIONS, AND DEAL PROGRESS.
  • PREPARE AND DELIVER SALES REPORTS, FORECASTS, AND UPDATES TO MANAGEMENT.
