About the Role
As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating agreements and contracts with potential clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in the CCTV, security systems, and access control sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the security industry
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential clients to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction post-sale
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the CCTV or security systems sector
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting business relationships
- Excellent understanding of security technologies and industry trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
