We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tiki International Enterprises PTE LTD. Responsibilities:
Manage our front desk daily, handling phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain office supplies, toilet facilities, and pantry, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Perform various clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing, supporting the team's productivity.
Provide accurate information in-person and via email, addressing inquiries promptly and providing solutions when needed.
Assist the Operation and Delivery Orders (Dos) team, providing administrative support for projects and tasks.
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring seamless document creation and editing.
Hands-on experience with office equipment, including fax machines and printers, for efficient task completion.
A professional attitude and appearance, reflecting positively on the company.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and customer service.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, showcasing problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
A customer service-oriented attitude, delivering exceptional experiences for guests and colleagues alike.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
A minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent qualification; further training in office management is beneficial for career growth.
