DESIGNATION : Senior Assistant Manager (7-mth contract), Office of Advancement

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Donor/Gift Stewardship
- Support the production of stewardship reports when required.
- Send out student appreciation letters for grants and study awards.
- Lead about 20 donor meet recipients activities; including coordination between staff, students and donors.
- Circulate news articles related to donor funded gifts; students/staff/donors to respective staff in charge, archive in Sharepoint/RE.
- Stewardship communications and marketing operations support
- Management of website and content.
- Create new web content (3x stories per month create campaign pages and/or donation forms.
- Donor wall update
- Ensure donor wall listings are up to date and are in working condition.
- Prepare donor wall unveiling in support of gift appreciation event and/or gift signing ceremony.
- Assist in mass mailing exercises and any other stewardship activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma with at least 5 years of working experience.
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, and vendors.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
- Good organisation and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
- Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Has a strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude.
