**About Role**:
The job holder reports to the Director, Advancement Office to advance the philanthropic intent and goals of SUSS. The job-holder’s primary role is to assist and support the implementation of the Advancement Office’s strategic plans.

The job holder will be responsible for:
**Programmes management**
- Work closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders in implementing programmes and ensuring the programmes are meeting timelines and deadlines.
- Work with the various departments and provide support in generating regular donors’ reports on gift utilisation.

**Events Management**
- Responsible for start-to-end donor and prospect engagement events.
- Support donor-related events such as campus visits, presentations, ceremonies, media and public announcements.

**Research**
- Conduct market analysis and research on donors and prospects.
- Track news in industry, education and philanthropy that could impact giving.
- Assist in lead generation and conduct research to determine interest and giving potential.

**Administrative support**
- Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised degree with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience for senior executive post in donor stewardship, sale, marketing or customer service.
- Experience in development, fundraising or events management will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Internet savvy, with good MS Office, CRM.
- People-oriented, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, independent and resourceful.

**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $5,100.00 per month

- 13th month salary
