About the Role

As a key member of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will play a crucial role in designing and improving the customer journey for unsecured loans. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating the customer experience and driving digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey, focusing on simplicity and smoothness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate onboarding journeys and streamline application processes.
  • Drive growth in straight-through processing on digital channels and reduce manual handling by internal stakeholders.
  • Explore new application channels through partnerships to boost acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead projects that promote journey digitization and self-service banking adoption.
  • Utilize Control Tower to identify trends and translate them into actionable insights, driving digital adoption and improving STP rates and TAT times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of unsecured lending products.
  • Ability to lead and manage daily operations with Managing-Thru-Journey.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
  • Driven, resourceful, and consistently meeting expectations.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
