Job Description

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Sales, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success in our international sales efforts. You will develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in designated territories.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers, to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs.
  • Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction across all international markets.

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional with over 5 years of experience as a VP of Sales, leading VP/Directors of sales and with proven multi-level sales management experience, with a focus on international markets outside of North America.

You should have a strong track record of building sales teams/territories to exceed sales targets in a technology or cybersecurity environment with at least double-digit growth per year.

Around $250,000 - $300,000 per annum salary, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
