We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Sales to lead our expansion into new territories, leveraging their expertise in building high-performing teams and driving double-digit year-over-year growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly as it relates to critical infrastructure, and be able to navigate international markets effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive international sales strategy, leading and expanding a high-performing sales team, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs.

This role offers a unique blend of leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills, making it an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about cybersecurity.

Key Requirements:

  • Over 5-years of experience as a VP of Sales, leading VP/Directors of sales and with proven multi-level sales management experience, with a focus on international markets outside of North America.
  • A strong track record of building sales teams/territories to exceed sales targets in a technology or cybersecurity environment with at least double-digit growth per year.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving exceptional results. Proven track record in recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly as it relates to critical infrastructure and how OPSWAT can win.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures and business practices.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
