About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contract Purchasing Assistant, working closely with our procurement team to source and procure high-quality materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests, ensuring timely fulfillment of all requests.
- Prioritize and manage assigned administrative duties, including preparing purchase orders and updating purchasing databases.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and information for the Global Purchasing Database.
- Support buyers in projects coordination and office administration tasks.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of SGD 3600 per month, plus a prorated completion bonus. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong negotiation, Microsoft Office, and SAP skills. Experience in inventory management, supply chain, and purchasing would be an advantage.
