Job Responsibilities Handle the PO processing of internal & external requisition. Process purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely arrivals. Assist with receiving goods, inspecting them for damages, and verifying quantities. Manage and organize inventory, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently. Update and maintain purchase order file and suppliers’ documentation. Coordinate with operation team and chefs on stock availability and delivery schedules to maintain tight inventory control. Assist in stock-take administrative work and generation of reports. Monitor stock level and maintain a First-In-First-Out system. Carry out ad hoc assignments as instructed by Management. Ensure the storeroom is tidy, neat, and clean at all times. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Fresh graduates are welcome. Proactive, positive, and responsible individual.
