Job Description:

We are looking for passionate Admin / Purchaser who will assist the Sales Team in the company’s daily sales support and coordination/administrative activities:

Job Responsibilities:

- Closely coordinate with sales and customers to ensure all matters pertaining to order, delivery, collection, product and related matters are timely followed-up and completed

- Responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational matters

- Key in sales order, issue D/O & invoices

- Maintain document archiving system for hardcopies and e-filing into server

- Ad-Hoc admin duties in permit forms application

- Sourcing and negotiating price from suppliers

- Obtaining products information from existing and new suppliers
