Job Description

This role is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including meeting room scheduling, organization certifications, IT support, and procurement operations.

  • Manage meeting room schedule to ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Administer organization's certifications (apply/renew) to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide IT support to colleagues, utilizing computer skills and technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage road tax & vehicle insurance renewal/VPC, ensuring timely payments and updates.
  • Oversee organisation's insurance policies, guaranteeing adequate coverage and risk management.
  • Handle day-to-day procurement operations, procuring categories such as consumables, equipment, and services.
  • Actively assess cost-saving initiatives to optimize budget utilization.
  • Maintain proper documentation update and filing for the Purchasing Department, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Cultivate full coordination among inter-departments, suppliers, vendors, and contractors on matters related to purchasing and supplies.
Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in full spectrum of admin duties, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
  • Strong administrative support and computer skills, enabling efficient task completion.
  • Able to work independently, dynamically, and within tight timelines.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese, facilitating liaison with associates.
  • Prior IT support experience is an added advantage.
