We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at OCML PTE LTD.

Job Summary

As a Purchasing and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for registering products with the Health Sciences Authority, data entry, filing and sorting of documents, labelling of stickers, packing of materials/products, procuring material supplies for the company, liaising with vendors to return and/or exchange any defective and/or expired goods, assisting in quarterly stock-take administrative work and generation of reports, keeping track of orders, production, samples status proactively, updating stocks balance including raw materials, and performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Fresh graduate welcomed
  • Experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in materials management system and MS Office Applications - specifically Excel and Word
  • Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and good analytical skills
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $2.2K to $3.0K per month.
