Main Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule sales calls and meetings with assigned customer accounts
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for potential clients
• Support product launches by organizing and executing marketing strategies
• Prepare accurate sales quotations using the company's CRM system
• Monitor and track sales performance, reviewing progress against targets
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management
• Assist in the preparation of pre-bid documents and tender submissions
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry
• Strong sales and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional customer service skills with attention to quality
• Able to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets
• Experience with B2B sales, CRM systems, or event planning is a plus
• Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel as needed
