In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that shield claims are reviewed, assessed, and approved within service turnaround time. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, assess, and approve shield claims within service turnaround time
  • Ensure the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements
  • Attend to claims investigations, service recovery, and enquiry
  • Attend to medical clarification with hospitals and clinics
  • Involve in projects assigned by supervisor
  • Provide quality customer service including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects assigned by your supervisor and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

We are looking for a skilled Life & Health claims assessor with a strong command of the English language (spoken and written). You should have familiarity with human anatomy, general diseases, and disease management. In addition, you should have at least 4 years of experience as a Life & Health claims assessor, or a relevant professional qualification such as OMA or FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute).
