Job Overview

This role is focused on providing day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations support across systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals via an IT helpdesk, remote, and onsite assistance. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective IT infrastructure/operations support for clients.
  • Involve in the implementation of infrastructure upgrade projects for clients.
  • Offer administrative support in checklists/reports.
  • Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
  • Have hands-on experience with Windows environment.
  • Possess Microsoft-related certificates or other technical qualifications as an advantage.
  • Display good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be independent and able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Show ability to work under tight timelines with good prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
