Job Profile:

A Better Co Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced General Insurance Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and colleagues.


Responsibilities:
  • Issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;
  • Plan and organize visitations to clients;
  • Develop good relationship with clients;
  • Provide subject matter expertise support;
  • Liaise with colleagues and inter-departments;
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing;

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative experience in the general insurance space. Knowledge in Marine Insurance is an added advantage. Good to have BCP, PGI Certificate or is in progress of taking them.
