Portfolio Management Role

We are seeking an experienced General Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team at ALLIANZ INSURANCE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing the broker portfolio, including building pipeline for sales and relationship management with brokers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets.
  2. Identify and work on the development of new key segments and potential product offerings.
  3. Provide quotations for new business within authorized underwriting limits.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with brokers to meet business objectives and secure long-term partnerships.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for broker enquiries.
  6. Manage broker administration and file maintenance.
  7. Regularly touch base with brokers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  8. Present regular business reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen business relationships with key broker partners.
  10. Track and provide feedback on the overall broker experience to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Possess certifications in BCP, CGI, PGI, HI.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance Industry.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end marketing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy and driven to meet sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly.
  • Familiarity with all GI products.
