General Insurance Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team at ALLIANZ INSURANCE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
About the Role:
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the broker portfolio, including building pipeline for sales and relationship management with brokers and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets.
- Identify and work on the development of new key segments and potential product offerings.
- Provide quotations for new business within authorized underwriting limits.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers to meet business objectives and secure long-term partnerships.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for broker enquiries.
- Manage broker administration and file maintenance.
- Regularly touch base with brokers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Present regular business reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen business relationships with key broker partners.
- Track and provide feedback on the overall broker experience to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Possess certifications in BCP, CGI, PGI, HI.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance Industry.
- Experience in managing end-to-end marketing processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High energy and driven to meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly.
- Familiarity with all GI products.
