Your role
- Issuance of new business, renewal and endorsement documents
- Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
- Manage policy documentation and related administrative duties
- Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department's work processes
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executive specialising in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
- Capability to work in a fast and diverse environment
- Meticulous with an eye on detail
