Telemarketer (Commercial General Insurance) - Part-Time
Working Hours:
- 9:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketer specializing in commercial general insurance products to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with prospective, introduce our tailored P&C insurance offerings, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Your efforts will be key in helping clients understand the value of comprehensive insurance solutions which Pacific Prime can provide.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote commercial general insurance products
- Build trust and rapport by actively listening to client concerns and offering tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance client portfolios
- Execute effective telemarketing strategies
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to provide in-depth consultations
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads
- Handle initial inquiries regarding commercial general insurance products
- Adhere to industry regulations and maintain high Quality Assurance standards during all client interactions
- Accurately document call activities, client details, and outcomes in internal systems
- Provide daily and weekly reports on telemarketing performance, including lead conversions and feedback insights
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma, with relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging stakeholders
- Organized, independent, and proactive in handling tasks
- Meticulous in documentation and fulfilment work
- Patient and resilient, with the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Positive team player with a collaborative mindset
- High level of integrity, accountability, and dedication to meeting service standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
