As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth through phone-based interactions. Your key responsibilities will include handling all customer inquiries, sales, post-sale customer service, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service and sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales potential and ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily and monthly tasks to meet and exceed KPIs.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a diploma or general certification with customer service work experience, General Insurance certification, and preferably experience working in an insurance call centre environment. Proficiency in basic PC skills and the ability to work effectively in teams and multitask are also essential.
