We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Insurance to join our dynamic team at GIM'S INSURANCE AGENCY PTE LTD. As an administrative assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our insurance operations.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in insurance quotations, daily transactions, renewal, and follow-up with clients and insurers. You will also be responsible for handling accident claims reporting, follow-up, and filing, as well as invoicing, filing, general administration, and ad-hoc tasks.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 5-day work week, bonus and increment based on performance, 14 days annual leave, marriage leave / compensatory leave, basic medical benefits, and on-the-job training provided. Sponsorship for insurance training and further studies is also available.
