Administrative Support Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our insurance operations team. As an Insurance Admin Executive, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including:
• Managing client inquiries and responding to emails
• Preparing and sending policies to clients
• Identifying clients' insurance needs and delivering solutions
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Handling claim applications and processing refunds

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum Diploma qualification and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry. A Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) is required. You should also be able to start work at short notice and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
