Delivering Exceptional Guest Service
This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring a consistently high standard of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this dynamic setting, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests' experience.
- Directly report to the Duty Manager and take charge of day-to-day reception operations.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome upon arrival and departure.
- Supervise driveway and daily operations, maintaining a high standard of guest service.
- Manage information desk activities, including guest queries, information, mail, and messages.
- Direct guests accordingly based on their request and subject matter.
- Provide general information to customers and guests in a helpful manner.
- Identify ways to increase profitability within the section.
- Explain the hotel's pricing policy to guests.
- Promote network products and hotel services.
- Offer hotel services to guests upon arrival.
- Implement Accor Vision and utilize Accor Values actively.
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on customer service.
- Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
