Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

 

Delivering Exceptional Guest Service

This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring a consistently high standard of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this dynamic setting, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests' experience.

  • Directly report to the Duty Manager and take charge of day-to-day reception operations.
  • Ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome upon arrival and departure.
  • Supervise driveway and daily operations, maintaining a high standard of guest service.
  • Manage information desk activities, including guest queries, information, mail, and messages.
  • Direct guests accordingly based on their request and subject matter.
  • Provide general information to customers and guests in a helpful manner.
  • Identify ways to increase profitability within the section.
  • Explain the hotel's pricing policy to guests.
  • Promote network products and hotel services.
  • Offer hotel services to guests upon arrival.
  • Implement Accor Vision and utilize Accor Values actively. 

 

Requirements:
  • Hold a diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on customer service.
  • Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
