Guest Experience Ambassador, Executive Lounge.

This pivotal role ensures seamless and efficient operations in the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for assisting guests with check-in/check-out processes, resolving challenges throughout their stay and collaborating with various departments to uphold hotel service standards.

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will perform the following key tasks:

  • Complete accurate guest registration, confirm details (e.g., number of guests, room rates, payment methods) and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Greet guests warmly, promote loyalty benefits and enroll new members.
  • Address guest complaints and special requests promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide personalized service and recognition to VIP guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Executive Lounge, ensuring readiness for each shift, including food and beverage service.
  • Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services.
  • Keep up-to-date information on local attractions, sightseeing and activities.
  • Effectively communicate, coordinate and cooperate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other relevant departments.
  • Report problems with hotel systems, hardware or facilities to the appropriate parties and follow-up to ensure corrective action has been taken.

Compliance and Training:

  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and Health & Safety regulations, including emergency and fire safety protocols.
  • Actively participate in training programs to improve skills and maintain high operational standards.
  • Contribute ideas for improving guest services and team performance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing to meet business needs.
  • Effective at dealing with internal and external guests, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
  • Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
  • 1-2 years of related working experience is preferred.
