Hotel Guest Service Lead

The Hotel Guest Service Lead ensures seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. This key role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Guest Arrivals and Departures: Welcome guests warmly, manage luggage, and coordinate transportation services as needed to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Serve as First Point of Contact: Recognize repeat guests, IHG One Rewards members, and Ambassador members with a personalized greeting based on time of day.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the hotel entrance, Bell Services area, and luggage storage areas are clean, organized, and clutter-free at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent, with 6 months' experience in guest service or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Languages: Ability to read and write in English.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods behind the desk and in front office areas, capacity to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, proficiency in handling various objects and using a keyboard to operate property management and reservation systems.
