Job Title: Front Desk Operations Manager

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of the Front Office Lead is to ensure efficient and professional check-in and check-out processes for hotel guests, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Initiate effective coordination and communication with the Front Office team and other departments to provide seamless experiences for all guests.
  • Manage room controlling duties according to forecasted occupancy, VIP stays, group check-ins, and special requests.
  • Evaluate the Front Office team's performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guests and business practices of the resort.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum Diploma in Hotels/Hospitality Management or its equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge in supervisory functions like staff rostering, room assignment, requisition order, basic training, and coaching.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
