  • Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel protocols.
  • Giving a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and efficiently registering them, issuing room keys, and using the appropriate standards.
  • Providing excellent customer service by interacting and attending to guests' inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining the filing system and required reports.
  • Utilizing the Opera system for efficient guest reservation management.
  • Offering information about hotel amenities, major attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers through proactive engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and loss control policies and procedures at the front counter and back office area.

Requirements:

  • Strong people skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in OPERA or similar systems will be advantageous.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
