**Concierge Opportunity**
">- A premier hotel group is seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service and smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment.
">Guests will be greeted with a warm welcome, and their needs will be met with efficiency and attention to detail.
">The Concierge will process check-ins, room assignments, and payments while accommodating special requests whenever possible.
">Additionally, the Concierge will answer inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
">Responsibilities include:
">- Processing guest check-ins and room assignments following rate structures and sell/upsell strategies.
- Providing luggage assistance, collecting payments, and complying with cash handling and accounting policies.
- Answering inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
- Pre-registering, blocking reservations, and cancelling room reservations as needed.
- Performing night audits and preparing necessary reports.
- Handling Marriott-related enquiries and maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- Attending department meetings and adhering to professional standards.
- Flexibility to work in other positions/departments as needed.
This role requires excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
