- Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel protocols.
- Giving a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and efficiently registering them, issuing room keys, and using the appropriate standards.
- Providing excellent customer service by interacting and attending to guests' inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining the filing system and required reports.
- Utilizing the Opera system for efficient guest reservation management.
- Offering information about hotel amenities, major attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers through proactive engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and loss control policies and procedures at the front counter and back office area.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in OPERA or similar systems will be advantageous.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
