Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager
Description:
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to expand our customer base in targeted areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our sales process through marketing activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Approach B2B customers in Gov, Data Centre, HPC and e-commerce, Telco.
- Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
- Represent and sell the entire Supermicro portfolio of products and services to large enterprise customers.
- Establish a high level of personal credibility as a trusted advisor to key client executives.
- Research and understand the client's industry, and deeply understand client business strategies and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leaders, aggressively shape deals early in the sales cycle, and advance opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for Supermicro.
- Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning Supermicro capabilities to client business and IT priorities, and positioning relative to competitors.
- Work with all levels of decision-makers in the client organization, including the CEO.
- Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, and RMA to keep track of assembly order schedules, and to expedite and pending repair orders.
- Generate sales and forecasting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Consistently achieve sales quota.
