Enterprise Sales Development Manager

PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced sales professional to manage and grow relationships with distributors and channel partners to maximize sales revenue, expand the sales funnel, and foster strong business partnerships.
This role will focus on driving business development and sales growth in the Enterprise Business Group, working closely with distributors and channel partners to accelerate sales performance, deliver value to customers, and manage enterprise solution sales.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Manage and grow relationships with distribution partners to maximize sales potential
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through collaboration with channel partners
- Provide training and sales support to partners to maximize their sales potential
- Work with marketing teams to drive programs and events for lead generation
- Manage enterprise solution sales and oversee the RFP process
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and sales progress to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales with a strong network of distributors and channel partners
- Proven knowledge of the ICT industry, with a focus on sales processes and forecasting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Competitive salary range: SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (approximately USD $87,500 - $130,000)
