Job Title: Food Safety Trainer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food safety training initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with local and international food safety standards.

  • Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs on topics such as food hygiene, HACCP principles, foodborne illnesses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international food safety regulations, ensuring training programs are aligned with current requirements.
  • Evaluate trainee understanding and performance by administering assessments and providing feedback.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on participant feedback, industry trends, and emerging regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  1. A relevant certificate equivalent or higher in food science-related courses with food safety modules.
  2. WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 and WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 certifications.
  3. A minimum of two years' experience in supervisory, training, or consultancy roles within the F&B industry.
  4. Multilingual capabilities are desirable but not essential.
