  • Provide functional leadership for regular performance reviews, succession planning, staff development, and training within the Quality Assurance team.
  • Represent the company in all food safety and quality-related audits from regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO
  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and attention to detail.
