Food Safety Specialist
Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive food safety management system.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective procedures for managing food safety risks, including training programs for staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance food safety.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of food safety data, including incident reports and corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the F&B/Hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of SFA regulations and other relevant industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
