Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist">

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards in our organization.

Responsibilities: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local food regulations, managing internal and external audits, reviewing and updating QA documentation, and supervising the QC team in performing inspections, sampling, and laboratory testing. You will also lead hazard analysis, food safety plans, and critical control point monitoring, manage allergen control, traceability, and recall procedures, and analyze trends from quality data to implement improvements.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local food regulations, manage internal and external audits, and review and update QA documentation.">
  • Food Safety & Risk Management: Lead hazard analysis, food safety plans, and critical control point monitoring, and manage allergen control, traceability, and recall procedures.">
  • Team Leadership & Training: Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on quality systems and food safety, and conduct regular staff training on hygiene, GMP, and process controls.">
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead quality improvement projects, such as reducing customer complaints and optimizing processes."

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in QA/QC in the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards is essential, along with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
